Availability of housing is a necessity in an isolated city and a new real estate business in Mount Isa wants to make sure this is the case for residents.

More real estate options will now be available for people looking to rent or buy as Vivid Realty steps into the real estate scene and opens the door to its first customers tomorrow.

Owners Greg and Leesa Fanti have been trying to get their business up and running since August.

“We’re excited that it’s finally opening, it’s been a dream of mine to open a business in real estate,” Mrs Fanti said.

The born and raised local has been in the real estate industry for five years and said it was a rewarding job.

“We’re here to help the community and want to become the biggest and best in Mount Isa,” she said.

The business will deal will commercial and residential sales as well as the rental market.
