NORTH Queensland Cowboy Scott Bolton will be in Mount Isa to meet Cowboys' fans and future rugby league stars tomorrow.
The gun second-rower is visiting the city as the Cowboys representative for the annual Bell and Moir Toyota T-shirt handout.
Queensland Rugby League development officer for North West Queensland Scott Kyle said the 2009 and 2010 Queensland Origin Emerging Squad member will be visiting the home of Mount Isa Rugby League, Alec Inch Oval, between 4.30-6pm. "The visit will give local clubs a chance to sign their juniors and there will also be a sausage sizzle and some cold drinks available," Kyle said.
" It will give the junior players an opportunity to get Scott Bolton's signature as well as get some pointers from one of the best second-rowers in the NRL competition."
Bolton said he was looking forward to visiting the Cowboys members and supporters in Mt Isa and handing out the Cowboys team shirts.
"Hopefully I'll see hundreds of kids who I can give a shirt to so they can show their support for the Cowboys all through 2012," Bowen said.
"I've seen the shirts and I think the young boys and girls are going to love wearing them.
"The best thing about the day is that we're promoting junior rugby league and getting out on the field and playing footy."
