In a one-sided contest at Jimmy Gemmell Field, an own goal in the first half added to International's woes.
Brooke Giardina opened the scoring for Parkside in the ninth minute when she found herself unmarked inside the six-yard box and pushed a right-foot bullet past the goalkeeper.
Dean scored the first of her three goals in the 15th minute when she headed a corner kick into the net.
When a International defender inadvertently headed a Parkside corner kick into her own goal a few minutes later, it gave Parkside a 3-0 lead at half-time.
International had several shots at goal in the early stages of the second half but were unable to find the back of the net.
Dean completed her hat-trick with two second-half goals while Kerrie Dempsey's accuracy from close range pushed the margin to six and secured victory for Parkside.
After the game, Parkside coach Jason Howard praised his team.
"They looked like they were ready to win," he said.
"The girls made International do the running and I think we were unlucky not to score more goals."
International coach Pete Elms said while the loss was disappointing, there were positives to be taken from the game.
"Our backline was impressive in defence and it was a hard, fast game," he said.
"We are a relatively new team and I think we're going alright."
