Highlights include popular urban country band, Will Day & the Alibis, Fred Brophy's iconic outback boxing troupe, country music duo McAlister Kemp, and a Cowboys Corner where you can meet some of the rodeo's stars.
Adding to the stellar line-up are country singers Tom Maxwell, Holly Wilson and the Kelly Llewllyn and Red Handed Band as well as the bull-riding spectacular, offering a whopping $200,000 prize pool.
Mount Isa resident Katarina Genc will also get her time to shine when she plays drums for Will Day & The Alibis.
Xstrata Mount Isa Rotary Rodeo Manager Donna Kuskopf said she was thrilled to secure Will Day & The Alibis as the rodeo's Friday night headline act following their success at the 2013 Tamworth Country Music Festival.
"The rodeo's entertainment line-up is a big part of the event's success," said Ms Kuskopf.
"People really want to know who's performing. The entertainment generates a buzz via social media on our Facebook and twitter sites. We know people are really looking to rodeos to provide great entertainment as well as the traditional arena competition."
