The Coleman family used Facebook to urge anyone who may have seen Kyle Coleman and a friend in a silvery gold coloured (misty onyx) dual cab Holden Colorado when it stopped for fuel at the Mount Isa Shell truck port around 11.45am on February 21 to call Crime Stoppers or report the information to police.
Mount Isa police Inspector Trevor Kidd said investigators had video showing the vehicle was at the Shell truck port at that time and date.
``The reason we're doing that is to confirm our timeline and other information because we don't have the capacity to go back and ask questions,'' Inspector Kidd said.
He said Kyle was seen at the truck stop and Undilla Station, outside of Camooweal, on the Friday before he was reported missing.
The only person who could confirm that Kyle arrived back in Mount Isa on Saturday is now dead.
