Queensland judges may blacklist Attorney-General Jarrod Bleijie for leaking details of a private discussion with Court of Appeal president Justice Margaret McMurdo.

Judicial Conference of Australia vice president Justice Steven Rares said on Wednesday Mr Bleijie had improperly revealed details of his conversation with Justice McMurdo.
Justice Rares said judges should be able to discuss an important issue "frankly" with MPs and without concern what they say will be publicised.
"It would be most unfortunate if senior judges felt inhibited from offering frank advice because they could not be sure that it would be kept completely confidential," he said.
"Governments would be deprived of valuable assistance in maintaining public confidence in the administration of justice."
He said the confidentiality of discussions between judges and government members was of "fundamental importance".
Mr Bleijie took a swing at Justice McMurdo after she suggested last Friday that the Liberal National Party had an "unconscious bias" against appointing women to the judiciary.
Only one woman has been promoted to judicial office in the last two years, out of 17 appointments, she argued in a speech on gender equality.
But Mr Bleijie retaliated, telling media Justice McMurdo put forward her husband, Justice Philip McMurdo, as a possible replacement for retiring Court of Appeal Justice Margaret White.
He said Justice McMurdo did not put any women's names forward.
Justice Philip McMurdo is chairman of the Judicial Conference's governing council.
Mr Bleijie made the conversation with Justice McMurdo public after consulting Premier Campbell Newman at the weekend.
Queensland's former solicitor-general Walter Sofronoff hit out at Mr Bleijie, saying the Attorney-General had made it "impossible" for the legal profession to trust him.
President of the Law and Justice Institute Queensland, Peter Callaghan, said Mr Bleijie's revelation of the discussion he had with Justice McMurdo raised “a legitimate question about what it means to be an Attorney-General within a Westminster government”.
The LNP government been involved in altercations with members of the judiciary since introducing controversial anti-association laws targeting outlaw bikies in October last year.
Mr Newman told the legal fraternity at the time to “come out of your ivory towers” and realise the government introduced the raft of tough new laws because the “system was failing”.
