Zion has been fighting for his life after a tumour was found in his brain.
His Mount Isa-based parents - Ajay Hawira and Luke Sao - have been by his side every step of the way, as Zion endures the fight of his life.
Friends of the Hawira-Sao family have rallied to help the family cope with mounting hospital bills and Nicole Hughes, of MIGATE, and her colleagues have put together an impressive raffle, and are on the way to raising $10,000 for the family.
Mrs Hughes said the Hawira-Sao family had been extremely humbled by the community support and have attributed Zion's improved condition to the continued prayers from family, friends and strangers.
``Humbled is a word they have used a lot,'' Mrs Hughes said.
``We'll do anything we possibly can to make sure Ajay and Zion get back to Mount Isa.''
Prizes have been donated by more than 60 Mount Isa businesses, and there will be 10 prize packs worth up to $500 each up for grabs.
Prizes include a wakeboard, $500 petrol voucher, dining vouchers, photography packages, sunglasses, alcohol and even a safe.
There are still a few tickets available before the goal of $10,000 is met.
Tickets are $5 each and are available at MIGATE, Wizzamakidz, The Buffs Club at 7pm tomorrow, or by contacting Nicole Hughes on 0413 124 338.
The raffles will be drawn at The Buffs Club at 8pm on Thursday.
