All three had been remanded in custody until yesterday after being arrested within the past month, charged with offences relating to being a member of a criminal motorcycle gang.

Tracy Stuart Hansen, Matthew Thomas Neale, and Dean Anthony John Remfrey appeared separately in the dock to apply for bail.

Appearing in court for the second time in less than six months, 52-year-old Mr Hansen faced court in October last year after he sold two packets of synthetic cannabis to an undercover police officer while working at the Western Confederate Tattoo parlour on Camooweal Street.

Mr Neale also faced charges relating to possessing restricted items, possessing tainted property, and possessing a pipe for smoking illegal substances after a warrant was executed at his place of residence last year.

He was fined a total of $1200.

All three defendants were told by magistrate Rod Madsen that they were to avoid contact with all known Rebels members and associates, were required to report to police on a regular basis, and were not to leave the state of Queensland unless given prior permission.

Mr Madsen warned the trio that if they broke their bail conditions they could face time in solitary confinement.

``You can assume if there is any ongoing relationship with them [Rebels] then you might find yourself in a more difficult situation should you have to apply for bail again,'' he said.

Mr Neale and Mr Hansen will reappear in court on June 23 and Mr Remfrey will reappear on June 24.
