Participants from communities across Queensland - including Bedourie, Normanton, Charters Towers, Doomadgee, Townsville, Mount Isa, Burketown, Kirwan, Dajarra, Boulia, Atherton and Camooweal - graduated at the camp at Camooweal.
All but one of the 19 have already received jobs.
This was the 15th in a series of programs of prevocational courses designed to develop skills for participants in the areas of construction, mining and land management.
The 10-week training course is delivered by the Myuma Group at Camooweal with the certificate II in civil construction, mines and conservation training jointly provided by the Mount Isa Institute of TAFE and Tropical North Queensland TAFE.
MIIT civil construction trainer Glen Gartshore has been teaching programs at Camooweal since 2007.
``It has been my real pleasure to have met, taught and trained the terrific groups of young people that come from all over the state to . . . learn skills that get them jobs,'' Mr Gartshore said.
