Solicitor Lynda Body appeared by video link from the Cloncurry Courthouse on behalf of the accuser, the Department of Environment and Heritage.
Ms Body said the department had no evidence to support claims against CuDeco.
Magistrate Rod Madsen dismissed the charges.
CuDeco has defended two charges of failing to take all reasonable and practicable measures to ensure activity does not harm Aboriginal cultural heritage since June 2013.
Solicitor David Taylor, of Taylor's Solicitors, travelled from Brisbane to represent CuDeco in person.
Mr Taylor could make no further comment to The North West Star regarding the matter.
CuDeco logistics manager John Green said the company was ``very happy'' the magistrate dismissed the charges.
``We were always confident that CuDeco had acted and always have acted within the law.''
