Cremer's score of 39 was equalled by compatriot Greg Bellinger, but he won on a countback thanks to superior play on the back nine at Mount Isa Golf Course.
Peter Gilmore (5th), Darren James (9th) and Andrew Richardson (10th and 18th) were the closest to the pin recipients.
Action continued on Saturday with 48 players participating in the flag event, with Peter Montgomery outclassing the field.
Mount Isa Golf Club president Montgomery advanced the flag to the second hole with his remaining 10 shots from his round of 74 gross (62 nett).
Runner-up John Rodden also had 10 shots left after shooting an 82 gross (62 nett).
Ball run down winners Darren Drake (64 nett), Danny Hale (64), John Lodewyk (64), Reima Raijas (65), Kevin Smart (65), Gavin Smart (67), Scott Cremer (68) and Mark Thinee (68).
Jacob Smith's shot on the second saw him secure nearest to the pin award along with Kevin Johns (5th), Montgomery (8th) and Jamie Stewart (10th).
The busy weekend was concluded on Sunday with Bellinger securing the single stroke competition.
Bellinger's 82 gross (68 nett) saw him top John Warren on a count back 79 gross (68 nett).
Play continues on Saturday in the Golf Shop Stableford A, B and C grade event followed by BIG Charity Golf Day on Sunday.
