The townhouse complex, which is still under construction, was set alight three times in the past week.
Three buildings in the complex on Bradford Place at Kuraby were damanged in separate fires on July 18, while a fourth was destroyed by fire about 10.30pm on Monday.
Two men aged 18, from Woodridge, a 19-year-old man from Woodridge and a 20-year-old Hillcrest man have been charged with arson and trespass.
All four men were due to face Brisbane Magistrates Court on Thursday.
The townhouse site is owned by Brisbane-based developers Philip Usher Constructions.
The company’s development manager George Turner said the damage bill had topped $200,000.
He said he had “no idea” why the construction site was targeted.
