A 76-year-old man was held up at knifepoint in the northern Brisbane suburb of Bracken Ridge on Thursday morning.

Around 9.10am, the man was walking through parklands on Telegraph Road when he was approached from behind by a man.
The man held the weapon to the back of the victim and made demands for money.
After receiving a sum of cash, the perpetrator fled the scene.
The 76-year-old was not physically injured as a result of the robbery.
The male person is described as being in his mid-20s, Caucasian in appearance, and approximately 160cm tall.
Police investigations are continuing.
