Red Devils defeated Pirates 11-5 in the grand final qualifier, with a six-run third innings sealing the result.
Zane Street, Ethan Horne, Patrick Winter, Uruz Potini and Lachlan Winter all chipped in with the bat for Red Devils.
For Pirates, Ena Oakley, Ronald Dempsey Kumsing, Shanika Saltmere and Leila Kolodo were handy contributors in the gallant defeat.
Pirates were then forced to back up on Sunday against Wanderers to prove they deserved to be in the grand final.
Pirates batters Maddison Heggarty, Bailey Nardoo, Kelli-Anne Dempsey Richards, Chavez Heggarty , Ronald Dempsey Kumsing and Cherise Saltmere were the difference, as they cruised to a 17-4 win.
Wanderers’ Lilly Blanch, Hayley Walmsley, Tyeena Pang, Aaliyah Harrison, Slayde Nankivell, Chloe Walmsley and Kevin Richardson all played well in a losing side.
Wanderers’ under 12s hit seven runs in the bottom of the fourth innings to seal an exciting grand final win against Rebels 21-20.
Rebels’ James Tyson put in a superb performance, claiming the player of the final, but he couldn’t stop his side losing.
Wanderers were led by Aaliyah Harrison, Brodie Owens, Alysha Blackley, Taysha Hall, Chloe Walmsley, Leslie Nankivell and Marius Herbst.
James was supported by teammates Zac Crosato, Dan Houldsworth, Darcy Webber, Cody Ackerly, Lakerira Maher and Cody Emmerson.
Nothing could separate Wanderers Gold and Rebels, who finished their match locked at 15-all.
