LJ Hooker agent Ryan McCann was one of five men charged after police raided six properties on Monday to close out a one-year investigation.

Most of Mr McCann's 34 charges relate to supplying and possessing dangerous drugs.

Mr McCann, 36, was detained for questioning on Monday in relation to trafficking dangerous drugs, supplying and possession, according to the Redland City Bulletin.

Cleveland CIB officers raided a real estate office in Queen Street, Cleveland, before arresting the property salesman at his Raby Bay home on Compass Court.

Mr McCann's credentials were spruiked on the Cleveland LJ Hooker website before the page was later removed.

"He is known best for achieving premium outcomes & record setting sales for his clients," Mr McCann's biography read.

Mr McCann was described by his employer as being "at the very top of the list of successful agents in Queensland" after reportedly selling $40 million of property in 12 months.

Bayside CIB Detective Senior-Sergeant Paul Austin said police would request bail be refused due to the severity of the charges.

Four other search warrants were executed as part of the operation and four other Cleveland men were arrested and served with notices to appear in court.

Staff at the Cleveland real estate agent's office were locked out of their building while police swooped on the office.
