A police officer was bitten on the hand while attempting to arrest a man at a Brisbane caravan park on Saturday night.

Police were called to the park on Gympie Road at Aspley around 8pm after reports of a disturbance.
Two officers attempted to give a serious nuisance direction to occupants of a caravan, but it is alleged a 19-year-old man refused to comply and became aggressive.
Police then tried to arrest the man, but he kicked one officer. A second man became involved but was arrested for obstruction.
The first man allegedly bit one officer on the hand and caused cuts to the hand of the second officer as they carried out the arrest.
Both police officers later received hospital treatment for their wounds.
The 19-year-old suffered a knee injury during his arrested and was treated in hospital.
He will face Pine Rivers Magistrates Court on Monday charged with two counts of serious assault of police, serious assault of police causing bodily harm, assault or obstructing a police officer and possession of a drug utensil.
A 56-year-old Aspley man was charged with assault or obstructing police officers and will Sandgate Magistrates Court on October 13.
