The Dean Irish Dancers and Isa Highlanders will turn it on as part of their fund-raising for their end of year concert at the twilight market from 6pm-9pm at the rugby league grounds on Thompson Road.
There will be live music and entertainment with food and drink available to buy.
Entry is by a gold coin and all profits will go to the dance schools.
There will be a cent sale at the markets and organisers are looking for prizes to be donated as well as sponsors for the event.
‘‘The dance schools need some financial help to pay for the venue for the end of year concert and to also help the families of the students pay for the costumes,’’ Stephanie Bithell from Events Planning said.
‘‘The twilight markets are a great family friendly evening where the kids can play on the equipment, and mum and dad can have a look at all the different stalls, listen to the music, have dinner and see what Mount Isa has to offer while supporting a good cause.’’
There is plenty of room for more stalls.
Groups who would like to showcase their talents can contact Stephanie Bithell on 0408797931 or email her on stephaniebithell@gmail.com.
