Three passengers on a Denpasar-Brisbane flight have been struck down with measles, prompting a warning for travellers on the same flight.

The infected passengers were on Jetstar Airlines flight JQ46 that departed Denpasar at night on October 15 and arrived in Brisbane on the morning of October 16, according to Queensland Health.
Acting senior director of communicable diseases Alun Richards said measles was highly contagious for people who were not fully immunised.
"Measles is spread through coughing and sneezing, and symptoms can include fever, tiredness, runny nose, cough and sore red eyes which usually last for several days before a red, blotchy rash appears," Dr Richards said in a statement.
"People usually feel quite ill and are miserable. Complications can include an ear infection and diarrhoea to more serious and potentially life-threatening conditions pneumonia or swelling of the brain."
Health officials are tracking down passengers seated closest to the infected passengers.
Other passengers seated elsewhere on the plane may have been exposed to measles and should seek medical advice if they develop symptoms.
Fifty-nine people have been diagnosed with measles in Queensland this year, which is seven cases short of the total for 2013.
