Officers from Taskforce Maxima raided the Lakeside Street home early Friday morning, allegedly finding ice, cannabis, a rifle, a semi-automatic handgun and an illicit drug lab.

A 32-year-old has been taken into custody and is being questioned.

Police will allege he is connected to both the Hells Angels and Bandidos outlaw motorcycle gangs, and the drugs were being sold through gang networks in Brisbane and Toowoomba.

Detective Inspector Brendan Smith said a search of the Kurwongbah house was continuing.

"This type of activity is a clear indicator of extent of the criminality of these gangs and their associates," he said.

"Not only are the products they produce dangerous to the users and the community, the laboratories themselves pose a significant risk of fire and explosion."

On Wednesday, Taskforce Maxima seized an estimated $300,000 worth of ice (methyl-amphetamine) from a 20-year-old Black Uhlans member.

Subsequent searches allegedly uncovered an illicit drug lab at a Currumbin business and lab equipment at a Reedy Creek house.

Police will also allege they found a rifle, ammunition and drug paraphernalia during the searches.

The 20-year-old man was remanded in custody to reappear on January 21.

"[The] arrest has prevented over 4,500 'hits' from making their way onto our streets," Detective Inspector Smith said.
