So far the G20 Prohibited List comprises only two names.
But Commissioner Ian Stewart said it was likely others would be added this week.
"I suspect it's possible others will come before me over the next few days," he said.
Serial pest Peter Hore, from Newcastle, has claimed to be one of the two people banned so far from the G20 secure zones between November 8 and 17.
Mr Hore told the ABC he would abide by the prohibition and had no intention of heading to Brisbane during the G20.
Mr Stewart addressed the media on Sunday after revealing the state-of-the-art police command centre, where security surveillance will be managed over the two-day event.
Dozens of television screens line the walls of the G20 Operations Centre, located at Queensland Police Headquarters on Roma Street.
Hundreds of security cameras, including those at Brisbane Airport and across the CBD, will feed into the command centre.
The footage will be used to monitor the movements of 35 planned motorcades from the airport to the inner-city.
The centre will be operated by 150 police officers and manned 24 hours a day, G20 Police Commander Katarina Carroll said.
"It really is a state-of-the-art facility, there's quite a few screens that obviously give us access to CCTV footage [and] to aerial photography from [the police] Polair [helicopter]," she said.
"It's unprecedented as to what we can see, so obviously this puts us in good stead to ensure that the motorcades are very, very safe."
Police will also have access to vision from Brisbane City Council and Department of Transport and Main Roads CCTV cameras.
Officers have been in training at the new operations centre since it was completed six months ago.
"It's state of the art, it's the envy of all of our counterparts from interstate," Assistant Commissioner Carroll said.
Treasurer Tim Nicholls visited the operations centre on Sunday.
"I can reassure the people of Queensland and Brisbane we're entering a very secure environment," he said after taking a tour.
On Friday night a 57-year-old man became the first person to be arrested under the G20 (Safety and Security) Act 2013 after he allegedly refused to identify himself when questioned by police on the steps of the Brisbane Convention and Exhibition Centre.
"Unfortunately he chose not to want to identify himself and that's why he was arrested," Mr Stewart said.
"It wasn't the activity [he was doing], it was the fact that he failed to ... provide details and became quite belligerent."
