Confusion now surrounds Hawthorn's announcement on Friday that Danny Frawley would join the club, with the popular media commentator now contemplating a move to St Kilda.

The Hawks had given Frawley, the former Richmond coach, a job for two days a week as a back-line and key-position specialist coach.
But it has since emerged he has received a more substantial offer from St Kilda, although this is still a part-time role. He has made the Hawks aware of this offer.
It is understood Saints coach Alan Richardson had approached Frawley, who is a great of the club, a former skipper and played 240 matches as a rugged full-back.
Frawley has long wanted to return to the Saints, who are undergoing a rebuild under the stewardship of Richardson and chief executive Matt Finnis.
However, the Hawks are a bigger club with greater resources and are a popular tip to claim a third-straight premiership next year.
Both clubs hope for a resolution by the end of the weekend.
Hawthorn's decision to offer Frawley a job was seen by some as the mending of the friendship between Frawley and Hawks coach Alastair Clarkson.
Their relationship had been strained after Clarkson and counterparts John Longmire and Ross Lyon had played a key role in the reconfiguring of the AFL Coaches Association, of which Frawley was chief executive at the time. Frawley stepped down in May, and was replaced by Mark Brayshaw.
Frawley, who has television and radio commitments, is seen as a fine specialist defensive coach.
If he joins Hawthorn, he will work with Adem Yze, who has replaced Luke Beveridge as the full-time back-line coach.
He would also have the chance of helping his nephew, James, who joined the Hawks as an unrestricted free agent.
