Both teams played exceptional defence, with Hoopers guard Emma Quilty restricted to just six points.
Pandamonium pair Mia-Rose Brigham and Danielle Uys both scored 10 points to seal the win.
Hoopers will now play Semi Pros 2 for a chance to play in the grand final, after Semi Pros 2 defeated Easy Beats 13-4 at the Mount Isa Multi-Purpose Recreation Stadium.
Richard Makim scored eight points for her Semi Pros side in the win.
In the Sonic Health women’s B-grade action, Amaze-Balls qualified straight for the grand final with a 28-22 win against Kangas.
Both teams had a chance to win the match until the final quarter, where three quick baskets to Amaze-Balls secured the win.
Amaze-Balls trio Lee-Ann Bryant, Kelly Green and Karman Vicary all scored six points, while Madeline Merrett (8 points) and Kate Stephens (10 points) top scored for Kangas.
Kangas now face Sonic Health, who defeated Sonic Health 2 43-27, in a high-scoring match.
Point guard Leiani Tautiepa scored 22 points for Sonic Health, with Teresa Hodgetts, Maddison Gorman, Tara Glasscock and Tanya Hales having telling contributions.
Sonic Health 2 forward Trish Ellis’ 11 points weren’t enough for her side on the night.
