Tom Lamb hoping hard work pays off on draft night

When Tom Lamb was little, his grandfather hid chocolate frogs around the house for him to find on Friday nights. On the mornings of his games he would whip up one of his special smoothies – "two eggs, half a tub of sugar, vanilla essence, a banana and some milk" – and after he played slip him five dollars to spend at the canteen. For years the pair has travelled to and from Tom's football together, reminiscing and thinking ahead.
