The Canberra Raiders first home game of the season has been scheduled on the despised Sunday night slot for the second straight year, with the New Zealand Warriors to come to town in round two on Sunday, March 15.

As expected, Canberra will begin its campaign on the road against Cronulla at Remondis Stadium on March 8, also a Sunday night clash.
The venue for the round five road clash with Manly is yet to be confirmed, but it is understood Gosford is a contender.
Other highlights of the Raiders draw include:
- an away Sunday afternoon clash with South Sydney Rabbitohs on Anzac Day weekend in round eight at Cairns' Barlow Park, to be broadcast live on Channel Nine;
- a Saturday afternoon home game against traditional rivals St George Illawarra in round three;
- home games against traditional big drawers Canterbury, Wests Tigers, Brisbane and Manly;
- only play premiers South Sydney and fellow heavyweights the Roosters once;
- three games live on free-to-air broadcaster Channel Nine (Bulldogs at home, Sunday May 24; Knights at home, Friday July 10; Rabbitohs away, Sunday, April 26).
However the lowlights include;
- the fact other big drawers in Parramatta, South Sydney and Sydney Roosters don't come to town;
- no game in Brisbane for the second straight season.
