An attempted murder charge has been laid against a 17-year-old boy alleged to have hit a police officer with a suspected stolen car in Logan on Wednesday morning.

The officer was attempting to intercept one of a trio of alleged car thieves when he was struck at the intersection of Albert Street and Tygum Road in Waterford just before 9.30am.
He received leg and shoulder injuries and was taken to the Mater Hospital in a stable condition for treatment.
It was the culmination of a land and air police chase that lasted more than two hours and spanned a number of southern Brisbane suburbs.
Three 17-year-olds have been charged with a raft of car theft and dangerous driving charges.
All are scheduled to appear in Beenleigh Magistrates Court on Thursday.
Police will allege they tracked the trio for more than two hours in two stolen cars by both land and by helicopter, after detecting them around 7am on Browns Plains Road, Crestmead.
The chase continued through Logan Central, where police will allege the drivers of both cars evaded attempts to intercept them.
Three men have been charged after two stolen vehicles were allegedly driven dangerously across Logan District this morning.
Around 9.10am, road spikes were successfully used on one of the vehicles in Jutland Street but it continued onto the Logan Motorway, where it exited onto University Drive and collided head-on with an oncoming car.
A 17-year-old man allegedly fled the crash scene on foot and was arrested nearby.
He was taken to Logan Hospital for treatment after being bitten by a police dog.
Around 9.20am, road spikes were laid for the second vehicle near the intersection of Tygum and Albert streets in Waterford West.
The driver of that car is alleged to have then driven along a footpath before the police officer was hit, causing him to fall onto the road.
Prosecutors will allege the act was a deliberate one.
The alleged driver, a 17-year-old Logan Central man, was charged with attempted murder, dangerous driving, unlawful use of a car, failing to stop and unlicensed driving.
A 17-year-old Woodridge man has also been charged with unlawful use of a car.
The teenager arrested near the crash scene, a 17-year-old form Bethania, was also charged with unlawful use of a car, dangerous driving and obstructing police.
Police are continuing to investigate where the cars were stolen from.
