The younger brother of a Logan man in custody for terrorism charges has stuck up his middle finger and sworn at a prosecutor in Beenleigh Magistrates Court.

Qazim Kruezi of Baronia Heights was arrested on Wednesday after failing to appear in the District Court for charges including assault occasioning bodily harm and drug possession.
The 19-year-old represented himself in a bail hearing on Thursday, where it was revealed he was accused of punching a man in the face in what was believed to be a religiously motivated attack last September.
Police claim CCTV footage shows Mr Kruezi among a group of males who chased the victim from a train station, but it did not show the actual assault.
Mr Kruezi argued there was no evidence, while police say a raid of the teen's home found clothes matching the description of the attacker.
Drugs were also allegedly seized from the residence.
Mr Kruezi, who was already on probation for unrelated robbery offences, was refused bail.
Security escorted him from the dock where was seen giving the finger and swearing.
The matter was adjourned for mention in the District Court next month.
Meanwhile, older brother 22-year-old Agim Kruezi remains in custody accused of recruiting and training insurgents for Syrian terrorist group Jabhat Al Nusra.
