And here comes the racquet throw! He might look as cool as a cucumber off the court, but Canberra's teenage tennis ace Nick Kyrgios is a highly strung type on it. It seems the 19-year-old trains as he plays, with his temper getting the best of him last week. Frustrated at not hitting the ball as he would like during a training session on the new courts at Lyneham, Kyrgios flung his racquet onto the next court. A female bystander was polite enough to go and fetch it and deliver it back to him. Kyrgios flirted with disqualification for his tempestuous outbursts at the US Open this year, which included him dropping the F-bomb and smashing a ball out of the stadium in frustration. Kyrgios is a wonderful talent who thrives on getting himself fired up, but coaches are keen to see him be able to channel that aggression in a positive way.
