Police believe the drug haul was destined for the streets of Surfers Paradise as revellers flock to the Coast for New Year's Eve celebrations.
A 32-year-old Varsity Lakes man has been charged with 19 drug-related offences. Another 41-year-old man, an alleged associate of the Black Uhlans, is in custody.
Police will allege an ecstasy lab was discovered in the raid on the Varsity Lakes property by the Rapid Action Patrol Group about 1.30pm Sunday.
The 32-year-old has been charged with an array of drug charges, including production, supply and possession of illicit drugs.
Police will also allege steroids were discovered among the haul.
He is due to face Southport Magistrate Court on Monday.
Charges are pending against the other man.
