The Brisbane teen who shot to national notoriety with a racist viral video on a train will spend more than a month-and-a-half in prison over unrelated charges.

Abdel-Kader Russell-Boumzar was arrested on Wednesday over an alleged violent incident at a skate park in The Gap and denied bail on Saturday.
He and three other men - a 17-year-old and 23-year-old from The Gap, and a 17-year-old from Ashgrove - were all charged with two counts each of assault occasioning bodily harm for an alleged attack on a 16-year-old and 19-year-old man.
Russell-Boumzar was also charged with a breach of bail conditions imposed on him after he was charged for an alleged racist rant against Josphat Mkhwananzi, 56, a train security guard.
A video of the rant went viral and the 17-year-old later apologised on the steps of the Brisbane Magistrates Court.
He allegedly swore and hurled racist epithets at a Queensland Rail-contracted security guard who had asked him to take his feet off the seat.
In granting Mr Russell-Boumzar bail at a hearing in October, Justice Springer ordered him to remain at his parents' Paddington home when not at his day job as an apprentice mechanic.
She also banned him from all Queensland Rail property, and said he was not to go anywhere without being accompanied by a parent.
Just five weeks later, he was discovered in Cavill Mall on the Gold Coast for Schoolies.
He was charged and pleaded guilty in the Southport Magistrates Court to breaching bail and being drunk in public, copping a $350 fine.
On Saturday, Police prosecutor Sergeant Matt Kahler told the Brisbane Magistrates Court the teenager allegedly pushed one of the two complainants in the throat during the skate park exchange and was at very high risk of committing further offences if granted bail, News Corp reported.
Russell-Boumzar's lawyer said his client had support from his family and had recently started treatment on a mental health plan, saying he "strayed" into the skate park and denied pushing the alleged victim, it reported.
The 17-year-old from The Gap, formerly of Paddington, will stay in jail until March 16, after Magistrate Tina Previtera remanded him in custody.
Only three of the four men charged over the incident at The Gap appeared in court. The fourth is due to appear on February 6.
