Access premium stats with Stats PLUS
Creating your scoring system just got better with new premium stats to reward players in new ways. Bring key defenders into the game by giving points for each pack splitting spoil, and reward those surgeons of the midfield by giving extra points for effective disposals and contested positions.
The new stat categories available are:
- Rebound 50s
- Spoils
- Effective Disposals
- Ineffective Disposals
- Disposal efficiency % (category leagues)
- Contested Possessions
- Clearances
The Stats PLUS package will cost $29.95 as a one-off payment for the season that will upgrade your entire league. The "PLUS" upgrade from previous seasons has been renamed "Features PLUS" and will still remain at $39.95. If you upgrade to both packages you will receive a $10 discount on the total price.
Emergencies revolutionised!
Ever had a player get injured in the first five minutes of a game, or have your superstar player start the game with the sub vest on? All your problems have been answered with the new "time on ground threshold" feature.
Leagues now have the ability to control whether a player is replaced by an emergency even if they play a small percentage of the game. If the threshold is set to 20 per cent, any player who plays less than 20 per cent of a match will be replaced by an emergency. The threshold can be set by league managers, with anything from 0 per cent (same rules as previous seasons) to 50 per cent able to be selected. If you want to cover only players who are injured early in a match, we suggest 20 per cent. If you want to cover players who are subbed on late in the third quarter, we suggest 35 per cent.
This additional feature is available to all leagues. Public leagues will use the default setting of 20 per cent.
Empty positions will also no longer be replaced by emergencies. Only a player in your squad that doesn't play will be replaced. This is designed to reduce the impact of the emergency loophole.
Team Stream gives you access to your player news
The new Team Stream feature, available to users who have upgraded to Insider, gives you a customised feed of player news that is relevant to you. Select just your team's news, or just players who are currently free agents. Find out first if your player is under an injury cloud, or if a free agent is due to come back from injury.
