A Darling Downs woman has had to be airlifted to hospital following an incident with a horse – the second horse-related injury requiring airborne paramedics in as many days.

An RACQ CareFlight Rescue spokeswoman said the woman, aged in her 40s, was injured while tending to a horse about 50 kilometres west of Warwick on Thursday morning.
She suffered head and spinal injuries and was taken to Brisbane's Princess Alexandra Hospital in a stable condition.
It came a day after a central Queensland girl fell off a horse at Eidsvold, west of Bundaberg.
The teenager was thrown off the horse and landed underneath the animal, which also fell, and she suffered suspected arm and spinal injuries.
"It is believed the horse was spooked by cattle," the spokeswoman said.
The girl was flown to Bundaberg Base Hospital in a stable condition.
