Strikers players Prudence Pocock and Rahni Wisely were instrumental while Stephanie Smith (17 goals) was the leading scorer of the game.
HV & IS players Renee Phillips (13 goals) and Taelah Nardoo were standouts for their team.
In the other game of division 1, Matariki A secured their first win of the season against GSCC 34-28.
Matariki A winger Danica Crebbin contributed greatly in attack and defence while attacker Waireta Emery (18 goals) also played well.
GSCC goalkeeper Abbey McKavanagh did a shift in defence for her time along with wing defence/attacker Xiu-Ching Hong.
In division 2, Tigers got their second win with a comprehensive 37-16 win over Matariki Just Do It.
Tigers goal shooter Hannah Reeve (21 goals) and goal attacker Kimberley Norrish (15 goals) were clinical in front of the net.
Matariki Just Do It players Astrid Ripley and Shykylah Hope were outstanding in their team’s first loss.
In the other game of the second tier competition, Foxs defeated Matariki B 18-13 in a low scoring affair.
Foxs players Yvette Wehlow (9 goals) and Ashley Burke were very helpful in claiming victory for their side while Matariki B players Carlene Haupini and Cindy Horsfall stood out for their team.
In division 3, Gems recorded two from two wins when they beat Workpac Wildcats 25-13.
Gems goal attacker D’Neeka McLeod (12 goals) and winger Ariana Desatge were work horses for their team. On the other side of the court, Wildcats players Brideon Schloss in attack (3 goals) and Ainsley Luparia in defence were influential.
NQR Vixens defeated Bullets 20-12 to continue their winning form.
Vixens goal shooter Bae Rae (9 goals) and centre Rhiannon Hibberd contributed greatly to the victory while Bullets centre Michelle Pettit and wing defence Elma Ghee were standouts for their team.
2PH Super Nova got their first win of the season defeating 2PH Joeys 20-15.
Super Nova players Monique Gorman (7 goals) and Kimberley Stokes 10 goals) were dominant in attack for their team whereas Joeys Samantha Lancini and Sharyn Tewani were outstanding for the losing side.
In division 4, Jelant Vixens made it two from two wins against Pythons 20-17.
Vixens Louise Coden (10 goals) and Bree Kleinman (9 goals) contributed 19 goals out of 20 to the scoreboard while Pythons Kayleigh Knight scored a game-high of 13 goals.
Diamonds crushed Tigers Too 44-4 in a huge first win of the season.
Diamonds goal attacker Louezia Piece was unstoppable in attack, scoring a game-high of 33 goals while wing defence Jacinta Gough and attacker Brooke Herreygers (11 goals) also had strong games.
2PH Redbacks recorded a two-game winning streak defeating Scorchers 21-13.
Redbacks players Lenore Krutzfeldt (8 goals) and centre Jane Smith lead their team in the win while at the other end Scorchers defenders Erena Arsenich and Remmy English were solid in defence.
In division 5, Socialites found form to defeat Atull Plumbing Vixens for their first win.
Socialites goal attacker Emily Kemp scored a game-high 11 goals during the game while Vixens defenders Hannah Jordison and Veronica Walker maintained a strong defence.
Stingers gained another strong 27-4 win over Lifesavers.
Stingers goal defence Caitlin Beanland and goal attack Bethany Ore (7 goals) played a great game while Lifesavers players Julie Patterson (2 goals) and Kerrie Owens played their roles well for their team.
