Canterbury coach Des Hasler confirmed Reynolds will start at five-eighth for the first time since round one. Browne (concussion) and Morris (ankle) are expected to be ruled out. Moses Mbye is expected to slot into the centres, with Antonio Kaufusi set to start the game in place of Browne. Damien Cook could come onto the bench with either Danny Fualalo or Herman Ese'ese to make their debut.
David Williams could end his NRL exile by slotting onto the wing for a depleted Manly side with Jamie Lyon (groin) in doubt.
St George Illawarra have no injury concerns for their clash against Brisbane. The Broncos are expecting Justin Hodges to make his return while Lachlan Maranta and Ben Hunt are in doubt after not completing training on Thursday.
Josh Hoffman (hip) is expected to play for the Titans despite limping from the field in their last start win against Parramatta ahead of the Gold Coast hosting the Panthers.
North Queensland and the Warriors should be unchanged for their game, as should the Storm and the Roosters.
The Tigers should be intact against Canberra. The Raiders trained with an extended squad as Josh Hodgson (cork) and Shaun Fensom (ankle) are yet to run this week. Fensom will not play. The Raiders have three hookers training in preparation for Hodgson's absence: Glen Buttriss, Josh McCrone and Kurt Baptiste. The Raiders likely to choose between Jordan Rapana, who returns from suspension, and Jeremy Hawkins on the wing.
Beau Scott is no chance to play for the Knights against the Eels. Tyler Randell is likely to be included on bench to give Adam Clydsdale a spell, and leave Kurt Gidley at fullback, so Sione Mata'utia could be the man to miss out from the 18 named. Mata'utia trained with the NSW Cup squad in their "opposed" session against the NRL squad on Thursday ahead of their clash against Parramatta.
John Sutton could be a late inclusion for the Rabbitohs, while centre Dylan Walker is also closing in on a return ahead of their match against Cronulla.
