8.25pm - The guests have scored Jac and Shaz a total of 24/40 for a grand total of 65. The Mount Isa girls are now second on the leaderboard. Well done girls!

8.15pm - The desserts are being served by Jac and Shaz and it's pears and cherry short stack. Manu says the poached pear doesn't have enough flavour. Pete says the short stack isn't a true 'dessert' and he is "underwhelmed". Will it be enough to send them home? The guests are unanimous - it's been presented well but the flavour isn't thrilling them.
7.55pm - Mains have been served. An option of Barramundi from the Gulf of Carpentaria and chicken roulade. Presentation has been lauded by the guests. "Nailed it," says one contestant. You've stepped it up a notch haven't you?" says judge Pete. There's similar reviews from Manu, who says: "I'm happy to have you girls in the top five". The guests love the main course. "The fish is cooked perfectly. It's wonderful," says one contestant. "This dish looks restaurant quality," says another contestant. Now it's time to finish off with dessert.
7.38pm - Success. Jac and Shaz are off to a strong start with good reports on their fried squid with chilli jam.
7.33pm - The entree of fried squid with chilli jam has been served and the guests are pleased, and some surprised, with the presentation.
7.30pm - The guests appear pleased with the menu offered by Jac and Shaz at the Stack. "They have stepped it up another level," says Drasko. Jac and Shaz are getting the entree ready. "We don't want to leave them waiting," says Jac.
7.25pm - The guests have arrived in Mount Isa to eat at the Stack. They all comment on how hot it is: "It is stinkin'," one contestant says. An unwanted local, a bug, is on the tablecloth and proves a small downfall, but the guests are able to have a laugh about it. In true outback style, the esky is full as the pair prepare the food, and the guests complain about the outback heat. Judges Pete and Manu have arrived.
7.10pm - Jac and Shaz are serving up fried squid with chilli jam for their entree at Stack, the instant restaurant named after Mount Isa mining stacks. So far, so good as they cook in the final five.

The women have gone through some tough challenges so far with Sunday night being no exception.
The ‘‘Ultimate Instant Restaurant’’ round will see the duo cook six dishes in three hours – two entrees, two mains and two desserts – all to fight to be in the final four.
With the pressure on, Jac and Shaz will cook a new pear dish, trying to redeem themselves after cooking the blue cheese and pear tart.
This episode will feature Jac and Shaz’s family on the show as they cheer on the women. The lowest-scoring team will be sent home.
