Another life ban has been handed out to a Queensland greyhound identity over the live baiting scandal.

At a show cause hearing on Sunday, Peter Sykes was warned off for life, taking the total of banned Queensland licensees to 21.
Queensland All Codes Racing Industry Board chairman Kevin Dixon said Sykes had failed to cooperate with the live baiting investigation, which began in February.
"Based on the evidence provided to the Board, it was apparent that Mr Sykes had failed to co-operate with Stewards when initially contacted about the investigation and he has continued to refuse to co-operate in the period since," Mr Dixon said.
"Mr Sykes has been warned-off for life and has been contacted and advised of his right to appeal."
Two other trainers had their suspensions lifted at the hearings, taking the tally to 21 trainers who have been banned for life.
Mr Sykes' ban follows the warning of 14 trainers on Tuesday, a move that Mr Dixon said showed that Queensland was proactive in its reaction to live baiting.
"We made it clear at the outset that we would ensure those who have engaged in illegal conduct will be removed from the industry, and those warned-off today will no longer be permitted to be part of the industry in any capacity," Mr Dixon said.
"Queensland has been the most proactive jurisdiction in its response to the horrendous acts committed by some participants in the greyhound industry and has implemented a number of measures to address those acts.
Animal advocacy groups, including Animal Liberation Queensland, have called for the board to resign over the live baiting scandal but no move will be made before the outcome of a Queensland government commission is known.
The results of that commission of inquiry, led by Alan MacSporran QC, are set to be handed down by June 1.
