Heading into the final round, the winning tandem held a seven-shot lead over their closest rivals Annette Gordon and Alison Gordon-Dunbar.
Both teams played solidly on the front nine but Perrin and Sciascia managed to hold form all the way through the course with their early lead proving too much for the Gordons to chase down.
The Gordon sisters carded a 185 gross total, which saw them secure the gross runners-up award.
In the handicap section of competition, Ulla Allen and Liz Debney had a comfortable win with a score of 148 nett total.
Sheila Stewart and Gordy McHugh claimed second in the handicap division with a nett total of 160.
The day one nett award was won by pair Dianne Foot and Judy Fangrath, while duo Rene Thompson and Cheryl Foot had the strongest nett on day two.
Nearest to the pin on Saturday was Auretta Perrin (17) and Alison Gordon-Dunbar (18) while on Sunday the pin shots were won by Alison Gordon-Dunbar (11 & 18), Rene Thompson (14) and Angie Sciascia (17).
Ladies Golf Secretary Judy Fangrath hailed the weekend’s golf as a huge success with many thanks to be given out.
“Everyone at Ladies Golf would like to thank our wonderful sponsors for this event: MIM Staff Assoc, Jays Real Estate, Carpentaria Buffalo Club, Bell & Moir, Bax Plumbing & Sportspower.”
