More than two years after a Toowoomba teenager was stabbed to death by a friend in his own home, a second man has been charged with his murder.

Jake Lasker was 19 when his friend Max Peter Smith, also 19, used a kitchen knife to stab him 102 times, in the home Mr Lasker shared with his parents on the afternoon of November 7, 2012.
Last year, Smith pleaded guilty to murder and was sentenced to life in jail for the killing, which occurred as Mr Lasker, a loner who suffered Aspergers syndrome, played video games.
His parents had left the pair at home and a neighbour found Mr Lasker's body, which had 102 stab wounds to the head, neck, chest and stomach.
On Thursday, Toowoomba detectives announced a second man had been charged with Mr Lasker's murder.
The 19-year-old man from Wilsonton is due to appear at the Toowoomba Magistrates Court on Thursday.
