Triple Olympic gold medallist Stephanie Rice has listed the luxury inner Brisbane home she bought for $1.265 million five years ago to prospective tenants.
The swimmer's four bedroom luxury pad in leafy Paddington, in the city's inner west, is up for grabs for a cool $1050 per week.
Complete with maintenance man to take care of the home's all-important in ground pool.
Despite asking about $600 more than the average Australian weekly mortgage repayment, Ms Rice has taken a minor financial blow on her investment, asking nearly $200 less per week now than when it was first listed in 2011.
She bought the luxury, four bedroom Kennedy Terrace home as a 21-year-old in 2010 and has rented it a number of times since.
She first listed the property for rent in September 2011, asking $1495 per week, before dropping the price to $1390 two weeks later.
Another two months on, she further dropped the price to $1250 per week.
It remained vacant until February, 2012 but was relisted in September that year for $1050.
Another six months on, in March 2013, it hit the market again for $1050.
A year later, in March 2014, it was relisted for $1100 and was vacant for two months before being snapped up.
Another year on, the price is back to $1050 per week.
The double storey townhouse, positioned near the heart of Paddington's bustling cafe precinct, has four bedrooms, three bathrooms and a media room that comes complete with custom made sofa.
Unsurprisingly, the in-ground pool forms the centrepiece of the outdoor area, while other features include a kitchen with double stainless steel fridge included, ducted air conditioning and a security alarm system.
And the swimming superstar has one firm lease condition. No pets.
