Mr Joyce is the latest politician to appear on satirist Huw Parkinson's YouTube channel in a trailer for a spoof movie Pirates of the Caribbean: The Canine Calamity.
Mr Joyce's now-infamous media conference on Johnny Depp's Yorkshire terriers – in which he said they needed to "bugger off" back to the United States – has been sliced up as fodder for the parody.
His head has been grafted onto a soldier's body, issuing the warning to Johnny Depp, in character as Captain Jack Sparrow.
Captain Jack then responds "I'm very sorry, I didn't know."
Action shots – including Captain Jack chasing a cheeky pooch – are featured under audio of Mr Joyce saying not even the Sexiest Man Alive should be able to break Australia's tough quarantine laws.
The clip was shown on the ABC's Insiders program on Sunday, and is already racking up social media shares.
Parkinson is also responsible for the recent viral hit Star Wars Fixed, which mashed a scene from Star Wars with Christopher Pyne's notorious "I fixed it" declaration.
Johnny Depp and wife Amber Heard's two dogs are now believed to be back in Los Angeles after being flown out on Friday night.
The discovery that they'd been brought into the Gold Coast – where Depp is shooting Pirates of the Caribbean 5: Dead Men Tell No Tales – sparked an international news event after Mr Joyce threatened to have the dogs put down.
