Out-of-favour Bronco Daniel Vidot is poised to bolster Canterbury's back-line stocks by shifting to Belmore before the June 30 transfer window closes.

Vidot has been on the outer at Red Hill under coach Wayne Bennett and has spent a chunk of the season playing for the Ipswich Jets in the Queensland Cup.
The former Raiders and Dragons three-quarter almost left the Broncos in March but a transfer to South Sydney unravelled at the last moment.
The Bulldogs are keen to add depth to their back line due to injuries to key players. Star signing Brett Morris has been sidelined with a hamstring problem since the infamous Black Friday clash with the Rabbitohs, although it's hoped he will return in time to press his claims for an Origin II berth.
Chase Stanley is also in the casualty ward, giving youngster Tyrone Phillips an opportunity to make his NRL debut in the epic win over Canberra last weekend.
The Bulldogs have the bye this week and Phillips has been named for the NSW Cup team to take on the Mounties.
While Jacob Loko is also on the Dogs' books, he is still to get back to his best form after a horror run of leg injuries, prompting coach Des Hasler to scour the market for additional back-ups.
Vidot was named 18th man as part of an extended bench for Sunday's clash with his former side, Canberra. But it is likely he has played his last game for the Broncos after starting negotiations to return to Sydney and a deal with Canterbury may be done before their blockbuster clash against St George Illawarra on Monday week.
At his best, Vidot is a damaging ball runner who has scored 50 tries in 107 appearances since making his first-grade debut in 2009. The 25-year-old, who tips the scales at 105 kilograms and is 188 centimetres tall, has represented Samoa 10 times and scored a powerful try in the Pacific nation's recent 18-16 win against Tonga.
But he is struggling to get a start in Brisbane's back three after the return of Darius Boyd from injury, while Jordan Kahu and Lachlan Maranta are Bennett's first-choice wing options.
It's understood the Bulldogs are initially only prepared to offer Vidot a contract for the rest of the season. With Curtis Rona the NRL's leading try scorer, Vidot's best chance of getting a start on the flank is at the expense of the much smaller Corey Thompson.
Parramatta had hoped they too could bolster their back line before June 30 but it appears Cronulla isn't prepared to release Michael Gordon before his contract expires at the end of the season.
Earlier this month, Vidot said he held no grudges towards Bennett, saying the premiership-winning coach's criticism of his error rate was warranted.
