The rollover happened near Kynuna, 250 kilometres south east of Mount Isa.
A female patient was suspected of suffering spinal injuries and was airlifted in a stable condition to the Mount Isa Hospital by the RACQ North Queensland Rescue Helicopter.
Queensland Ambulance Service and Queensland Fire and Emergency Services crews from Julia Creek also attended the rollover.
