Brummell, who rode Skid Mark, put in a high score of 76 points against a field of eight other riders.
The runners-up were Mitchell Lansdowne, who rode White Ice, who notched 75 points on the night, followed by John Elliott, on Morestone, with 73 for third place.
In the bullock ride-off, Reece McMillan claimed first place with 69 points, followed by Kyle Brummell (68) and Cody Tully (65).
Following the final round of the bull ride, spectators were given a treat with former National Bull Riding champion Kurt Shepherd riding out on the infamous bull Van Demon.
