Lang, who was drafted with pick No.16 in 2013, has played every game this year, averaging 14 disposals and kicking eight goals.
The 19-year-old follows Tom Hawkins, Jackson Thurlow and Jordan Murdoch as players who have committed to Geelong in the past fortnight.
"I'm over the moon," Lang told Geelong's website.
"It's something that you want to be, a one-club player, so I'm very happy to have signed on for two more years."
Steven Motlop, Jimmy Bartel, Mathew Stokes and Corey Enright remain Geelong's most high-profile out-of-contract players.
