Broadcast rights deal with Nine all but guarantees NRL video referee bunker

The NRL's $925 million free-to-air television deal with Channel Nine is set to guarantee the introduction of a central command centre as the bunker system offers opportunities for the broadcaster to commercialise video referee decisions.
