Recognised annually, Seniors Week aims to better attitudes towards older people and ageing through enhancing inter-generational relationships.
The luncheon was evidence of this with students from St Joseph’s and Cloncurry State School joining the aged care residents to perform an entertainment item.
Seniors Week runs until August 23.
