Tuesday, 2pm. Of all the times to be meeting one of "The 34" for an interview, we had decided to schedule a catch-up at what turned out to be less than an hour after news of James Hird's exit from Essendon had emerged. Not to mention we were meeting at a cafe which is a five-minute drive from Windy Hill.
