The opening goal came through a deflection off a corner kick driving in by Isaroos captain Sarah Astbury.
The advantage was doubled under 10 minutes when Amanda Winterburn scored a 35-yard screamer off a bouncing ball into the inside of the left post.
Parkside gave its first reply of the night after Emma Jordinson slotted a free kick expertly past Isaroos goalkeeper Christy Crossingham.
Isaroos’ third goal came off another assist from Astbury with Lauren Flanigan latching onto a loose ball in the box to make it 3-1 at full-time.
Astbury said her team’s first win over Parkside this season was a team effort.
“'We had a detailed game plan tonight which the girls executed with pinpoint accuracy,” Astbury said.
In the other preliminary finals, Rippers and Tigers notched forfeit wins over International and Atlas respectively.
