BRISBANE  
On the move: Jack Redden's bags are already packed. All we hope is he lands somewhere where he will be playing the same role, scoring the same points. St Kilda could be a neat fit.

CARLTON 
Rising star: If Carlton did not have Patrick Cripps, the future certainly wouldn't look as bright. He led from the front again against GWS, with 88 points.

COLLINGWOOD 
Future stars: The Pies missed out on the finals this season; however their list suggests they'll be there soon. With players such as Jack Crisp, Tom Langdon and Brodie Grundy still developing, they're sure to be fantasy staples in years to come.

ESSENDON 
Brick wall: I certainly had my doubts over Michael Hurley as a defender, but after keeping Jack Riewoldt goalless, he ought to be in All-Australian consideration. As for fantasy, Collingwood's key forwards should be worried this week.

FREMANTLE 
Costly: If there was ever a sure thing to eventuate from the weekend's proceedings, it is that most, if not all Ultimate Footy Grand Finals will be played in Round 22 next season with Ross Lyon once again destroying teams. At least he gave notice this time...

GEELONG
New day: If we assume the majority of Geelong's veterans move on, George Horlin-Smith and Billie Smedts will have big shoes to fill after signed contracts earlier this year. If they ever reach the heights of Enright, Kelly & co, Ultimate Footy coaches will be satisfied.

GOLD COAST 
Best of the rest: Mid-season pickups have always been a catalyst for success.  Max Gawn, Dylan Roberton and Lachie Hunter have been success stories, yet Aaron Hall may easily be the best of the lot. Averaging 110, he is outperforming first round picks and quite comfortably too.

GREATER WESTERN SYDNEY 
Hidden gem: While it may be likely that your season is over, the virtual reality never stops for keeper league coaches. If so, Jake Barrett will be a bolter in 2016 and his form in the NEAFL could warrant a debut this weekend. Monitor closely.

HAWTHORN 
Clarko's weapon: Perhaps James Frawley holds the key to Jarryd Roughead and Jack Gunston's success in round 23. The pair both scored 110+ and against Carlton it'd be expected they perform again.

MELBOURNE 
Dependable: If Jack Watts continues with the form he has displayed over the last three weeks, his critics will be shooed indefinitely and he will fast become one of Ultimate Footy's dependable non-midfielders.

NORTH MELBOURNE 
Future thinking: Todd Goldstein's remarkable season has been well-documented, yet as we look towards next year, we have to ask, where in the draft will he be taken? I'd be happy to take him in the first or second round.

PORT ADELAIDE
Bolters: Their season has been a disaster, yet Port Adelaide has unearthed some gems for the 2016 season. Karl Amon and Sam Gray will be sleepers in 2016 drafts. Keep in mind.

RICHMOND 
Bleak painting: When Alex Rance is among the better scorers for your team, there is bound to be some underperformers. The weather didn't exactly help, but with only one more week, we need big performances from Dustin Martin and Bachar Houli.

ST KILDA 
Fantasy favourites: Despite being smashed, nine players totalled over 80 points for the Saints. More impressively, the scores were shared across all positions.  We think they're in safe hands for now.

SYDNEY 
Prelim imperfection: If your Ultimate Footy team lost its preliminary final by 10 points because a certain key forward didn't even scrape past 40 and was substituted out of the game, then you ought to be infuriated. The author of this piece, if you hadn't guessed, experienced the trauma of Lance Franklin.

WEST COAST 
Rubble to riches: He's shown promise, he's lacked opportunity. Scott Lycett must seek a new club where fantasy coaches can finally soak up his potential which he has inconsistently shown.

WESTERN BULLDOGS 
Hush pup: If there is an underrated 105-point midfielder in fantasy right now, it's Jack Macrae. While the Bont, Dahlhaus, Boyd and Picken get the attention, Macrae is outperforming all. Truth is, he'd still be taken late in the second round next season.
