PINK and blue were the colours in vogue at the Northern Zone Trap Carnival held at Cloncurry Clay Target Club over the weekend.  The Cloncurry club, along with other clubs in North Queensland have thrown their support behind the North Queensland Clay Target Shooters Pink and Blue Initiative, which was launched in May at the Normanton Gun Club annual shoot.  The aim is to raise funds and increase awareness of two very worthwhile Cancer foundations, the McGrath Foundation and the Prostate Cancer Foundation of Australia, and to generate some positive publicity for the sport of clay target shooting.
