A two-month review of how the State Library of Queensland investigated lewd photographs taken of staff members' cleavage by a former senior executive in 2012 on his work iPhone has been finished and given to Minister for Public Works, Science and Innovation, Leeanne Enoch.

It will be presented on Tuesday morning to the State Library of Queensland Board.
Former senior public servant Rachel Hunter investigated the lewd photography scandal at the State Library of Queensland where the cleavage of six staff members were among more than 2800 secret photographs of women's breasts found on the work-supplied iPhone of a senior staff member in 2012.
Queensland's Industrial Commissioner Justice Glenn Martin last month overturned a ruling by Queensland Industrial Relations Commission in April that the issue was not a workplace issue.
That ruling had meant one female staff member was denied workers compensation for almost two years.
On Tuesday morning the confidential report – understood to be detailed and comprehensive – will be discussed with the State Library of Queensland Board, Ms Enoch said.
After that meeting, Ms Enoch said she would meet the chair of the State Library of Queensland board, Professor Jan Thomas, to discuss the recommendations.
Professor Thomas did not chair the State Library of Queensland Board when the allegations were raised and investigated.
"I have today received the report of the independent review into a serious workplace matter at the State Library of Queensland," Ms Enoch said.
"The report has also been provided to the Chair of the State Library Board, Professor Jan Thomas," she said.
"I will now be considering the report and its recommendations.
"I understand there is a high level of interest in the report.
"The independent review received a number of confidential submissions and we need to respect any privacy issues as well as other complex and sensitive matters.
"I am taking advice on the issues raised in the report and will not be making any further comment at this stage."
Ms Enoch on Monday night thanked Queensland's former Public Service Commissioner, Rachel Hunter, appointed by the Palaszczuk Government in September to investigate the scandal.
"The review has been conducted in a thorough manner, and I thank Ms Hunter for her work, as well as those who contributed submissions," Ms Enoch said in a statement on Monday night.
"The State Library Board will meet on Tuesday 24 November to consider the findings and recommendations.
"I intend to meet with the Chair of the State Library Board to receive a briefing following their meeting."
On October 21, 2015 Queensland's State Librarian Janette Wright was placed on leave as the inquiry progressed.
Ms Wright oversaw the inquiry – which led to the Crime and Misconduct Commission eventually checked the allegations - which were first investigated by a private detective.
Fairfax Media understands Ms Wright's contract as State Librarian expires on November 26.
The scandal was made public after an investigation by Fairfax Media, published on December 23, 2014.
